Daddie went to Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara last Friday.
Did you know that the Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara have shifted? It used to be behind the MCIS Building (near PJ Hilton & Stamford College), but it has now shifted to the front. (Opposite the HSBC Bank at State)
Daddie arrived really early ... at 7.30am, cos when he registered for koko in 2004, they were opened that early.
Not knowing that the timezone in Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara had changed. Mebbe they observed Natural Daylight Savings and they only opened at 8am.
Daddie was the first one in to get me registered. But alas to my daddie's disappointement, they
required mommie's original IC as well. So daddie had to quickly drive back to get mommie's IC and all the other documents.
Did u know now the Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara also needs Mommie's Hospital Visit Card, to proof that mommie gave birth to me! Such nonsense! But i guess they have to be careful and not issue a citizenship (Birth Certificate) to a wrong child.
So finally daddie came rushing back with Mommie's IC and they processed my Birth Cert. The lady that did it, got it done right away under 15 minutes!!!
YAY!!! I got my IC number too!
Daddie said that i can collect my MyKid card in two months time! WOW! :)
